This Appendix is circulated to Shareholders of Far East Group Limited (the “Company”) together with the Company’s
Annual Report. Its purpose is to explain to Shareholders the rationale and provide information to Shareholders for
the proposed renewal of the Shareholders’ Mandate (as defined in this Appendix) to be tabled at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 30 April 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at 112 Lavender Street #04-00 Far East
Refrigeration Building Singapore 338728.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting is enclosed with the Annual Report.
If you are in any doubt as to the contents herein or as to any action you should take, you should consult your broker,
bank manager, accountant or other professional adviser immediately.
If you have sold or transferred all your issued and fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, you should
immediately forward this Appendix, together with the Company’s Annual Report, the Notice of Annual General
Meeting and the accaompanying Proxy Form, to the purchaser or transferee or to the bank, stockbroker or agent
through whom the sale or transfer was effected for onward transmission to the purchaser or transferee.
This Appendix has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company’s Sponsor,
Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd. for compliance with the relevant rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities
Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”). Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd. has not independently verified the contents
